If you have any issue with your order, firstly, please reach out to our customer care at
  • Products can be returned within 30 days of initial purchase.
  • All products must be in the original condition in wrapping, with labels and tags intact. We will not do exchanges for products that have been used, worn, washed or otherwise damaged.
  • Customers must pay for return shipping per company policy, unless the circumstance calls for it. We will take care of all reshipping costs.​
  • Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form and same account as tendered at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds generally take 5-7 days to return to the customer's account.
  • It is the Customer's responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such case Immortal Revolutionist will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.
